The Reserve on the Boulevard out in Yaphank, Long Island is a rental community which needed two model apartments. Burlock Interiors worked with the developer, AVR Homebuilders, to achieve their desired look to entice clientele. Two separate apartments were decorated-a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Each has a slightly different look and color scheme to show potential renters what can be achieved in their new home. Once the model apartments were complete, rental rates improved dramatically.
