For their Overlook Pointe community, AVR Homebuilders called for a clubhouse that continued to tell the story of the easy lifestyle their property is offering. The site of this project is right on the Hudson River. By using the textures of the river-sailboats, docks and driftwood-this design becomes a fresh take on the time-worn to provide a casual, yet sophisticated atmosphere.
