The Apex at 290 is an 81 unit rental property that sits just outside of White Plains in Elmsford, NY. Burlock Interiors worked with SME Development from concept to completion. Assisting in defining their target market and selecting fixtures and finishes to match were part of our scope in addition to our traditional design services.
Burlock Interiors designed the apartment prototype for this property and over 10,000 SF of amenity space, including two lobbies, a rooftop and a community room. In addition, we also decorated their two bedroom model apartment.
